Almost every class in the school is visiting the library once a week to check out books.  The library circulated over 2000 books in the month of September which is great because the library was closed for a week for book fair. 

The PreK enjoyed Story Book Opera.  A teacher told me that they respond to questions now in song.

Snakes in the Library is coming up.  This will be an exciting educational experience for all the 2nd graders. 

Read for the Record was a success at Herrera.  We had may wonderful guest readers.
